Sales Support Executive

Role Summary
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the Sales functions. The candidate will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be based in our Leixlip office. This position is a full time and permanent role, which is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate with customers, stakeholders, and public sector contacts, maintaining positive relationships.
- Input to & assist with client meetings & projects in order to progress projects.
- Provide monthly reports to facilitate ongoing business development activity.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all current regulatory standards and Cully Automation policy documents.
- Develop offer letters, finalising quotations, and SLAs in conjunction with the sales team
- Validate and close all sales leads and opportunities via telephone or email.
- Build strong relationships internally across multiple departments.
- Record all quotes and identified leads in our CRM system and manage until they potentially become orders.
- Development of reports on all activity within the sales funnel and any other activities relating to the role on a weekly basis.
- Support the field sales representatives and distribute opportunities to them based on location when required.
- Processing quotes, sales orders and purchases invoices as required.
- Maintain Sage stock costing and price book control and updates as required.
- Support the tender and bid process when required.
- Track and record all sales orders for monthly and annual renewals.
- Gain a reasonable technical understanding of all products and services.

Skills Required
- Prior sales or account management experience with a track record of success and a confidence in engaging with leads and opportunities.
- Good analytical and technical skills with experience using a sales CRM system, experience in Salesforce an advantage.
- Proficiency in Sage 200 and MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with KPIs and sales targets.
- Ability to work across multiple business areas and departments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be flexible and a team player.
